The basics
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible apparel for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that come back with stains, smells (smoke, cologne, deodorant), or signs of wear.
What's eligible
- Full-price apparel is eligible for return, exchange, or refund within 30 days.
- Sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Eligibility is based on the price you paid — if an item was bought on sale or with a discount code, it's final sale.
Refund or exchange — your choice
- Exchange: Swap for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your new size is sold out, we'll issue a refund instead.
- Refund: We'll refund your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of inspection; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping
- Standard returns and exchanges: You cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured method — we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.
- Our mistake: If you received the wrong item, or it arrived defective or damaged, we cover it. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
How to start a return
- Email returns@signalexp.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (return or exchange).
- We'll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
- Pack the item securely with tags attached and ship it back within 30 days of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund or send your exchange.
A few notes
- We inspect every return. Items that come back outside policy (worn, washed, missing tags, past 30 days, or marked final sale) may be returned to you and won't be refunded.
- For limited drops, exchanges depend on remaining stock — if your size is gone, we'll refund you.
- Gift returns are issued as store credit to the recipient.
