You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange full-price items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale and discounted items are final sale.
To start a return, email returns@signalexp.com with your order number. We'll send instructions from there. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made a mistake - wrong item or defective goods, we cover it.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
