SIGNAL “Cardboard Vans Giveaway” — Official Rules

By entering the Cardboard Vans Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. SPONSOR

This Giveaway is sponsored by SIGNAL Snowboards, LLC, located at 412 Olive Ave #334 Huntington Beach, CA 92648.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of SIGNAL Snowboards, Vans, Ernest Packaging, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on Friday, 07/25/2025, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Sunday, 08/31/2025, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Giveaway Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit www.signalsnowboards.com/pages/signal-x-vans-x-ernest-packaging-cardboard-shoe during the Giveaway Period and submit your name and email address through the official entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Bonus entries may be awarded through optional actions such as following @signalsnowboards on social media, tagging friends, or sharing the giveaway, if offered.

All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • One (1) Cardboard Vans Classic Slip-On Shoes (skateable prototype)

  • One (1) Limited Edition Signal X Vans X Ernest Packaging Skateboard Deck

  • One (1) SIGNAL tee

  • One (1) SIGNAL Sticker pack

Total Estimated Retail Value: $220.00

Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified via the email provided on or around Sunday, 08/31/2025. Winner must respond within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering, you grant SIGNAL Snowboards the right to use your name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

You also agree to receive occasional marketing emails from SIGNAL Snowboards. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the contest.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SIGNAL Snowboards, Vans, Ernest Packaging, and their employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, injury, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.
